PositiveI very much liked this facility. They had lots of things going on while I was there. A discussion with quite a few residents was in progress. Some were gathering for lunch and there were a few in the exercise room. They are in the process of upgrading and refurnishing some areas, but everything still looked clean, organized and in use. The people were friendly and answered my questions with great patience.

I mostly dealt with [name removed] and I would rate the experience with her as great, professional and caring. As far as the other items my brother tells me he enjoys it at Briarcrest. My brother enjoys the food. Servings are okay and allowed to have extra. Overall recommend - nice quiet neighborhood, staff is very helpful, clean and the residents seem happy.

Positive[Name Removed] was very friendly and we had a good visit and tour. The residents seemed content and at home. It was a Saturday morning, but we did the whole tour, despite her being busy as hospitality director. She was able to let me see a furnished room , the room of a delightful resident in her 90s. IT was good to see. I would have liked to have seen a one-bedroom, but none were available. I will be interested to see all their updates completed. This facility is one of two at the top of our list.
