★★★★★
Positive[name removed] the sales manager was so wonderful and took care of my mom finding her just the right studio. She loves the art classes, live Hawaiian music and dancing. She feels welcome there and loves how they serve her during each meal. The food she likes as well.
★★★★★
PositiveWonderful...I can't wait to get old Seriously, it is wonderful to have a safe, happy place with people my own age.
★★★★★
PositiveWe thought that this was an outstanding facility with quality staff, food and services! [name removed] did a wonderful job showing us around and explaining our options.

PositiveI am currently a resident at Holiday Kalama Heights and most everything has been great for me here at this facility, so far. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The activities and the value for cost are great. My only concern is that they are always short staffed and that the meals take one and a half to two hours. They need to pay better.
★★★★★
PositiveI'm currently a resident at Holiday Kalama Heights. Overall, my experience at this facility has been good. However, what they need most is more staff. I hear from the other residents that have been here longer than me that the quality has gone down after Atria took over ownership of the facility. The management says that they can't find people to work. No one seems happy with the new owners.

CriticalDue to covid the dining is a little more restricted, but the meals are coming to our friends room and he has put on some much needed weight. The office manager [name removed] is extraordinary, she really goes out of her way to make everybody feel welcomed and loved. The house keeping although is very sporadic, so that could be improved.
