CriticalShe has been there almost two months and her cable tv is still not working despite many many calls to the GM and others. They had a bed bug outbreak and she was confined to her room for 4 days. Also the elevator doesn't work when in the extremely hot weather which is a safety concern when there are many elderly on the second and third floor. Also she fell and couldn't get help from anyone there.

PositiveThe food is great, the staff is wonderful. The location is central to shopping, doctors, just about anything you want. I feel the studio's are too small for the money.

The general manager seemed irritated when I stopped by his office because he hadn't responded to my text message about these issues. The other staff are very nice and accommoda…

PositiveThe facility provided more a sense of an apartment building than a community. It did not feel very welcoming, more like a business than a home setting. The rooms were spacious enough, but it appeared to lack the updated ammenities the [community removed] appeared to have.
