Great place to live!

My mom loves it and she has made some really great friends there. What we like the most about Homestead Village is the location: it is close to stores and whatnot and quiet. We also like the people and the apartments are nice too.

Wonderful Retirement Community!

The neighbors were very kind and friendly with each other and have a group that checks on each other on each floor. It's a well check each to make sure everyone is doing OK. I find that very invaluable to my family as they are on the verge of needing assisted living right now, but still want to be an independent living. They also have a hair boutique downstairs where my mother can get her hair done, which is a huge plus so she doesn't have to drive to go get her hair done! They have a little village inside the bui…

Rating them a 1 (one) on all categories. Plan to move at end of lease. Grade = F. They have a "I don't care" attitude. They take care of complaints and requests that are demanding by posting an eviction notice to move out in 3 days or desist and cease to my door. Management is mean. Everything. Place is so dirty in common areas. Public bathrooms are disgusting to the point I no longer use it. I go to my apartment now. A big pass. Management graded an F.
