About the community
Hudson Creek Alzheimer’s Special Care Center, a Sinceri Senior Living community, is a quiet, one-story community featuring a large courtyard, a living room complete with a fireplace, and an array of care options and amenities for residents seeking memory care services. The community is situated around the corner from St. Joseph Regional Health Center and just down the road from several local parks. Residents are also within close proximity to shopping, dining, and recreation options. Hudson Creek works hard to provide purposeful programming for residents living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. Through Sinceri’s exclusive Meaningful Moments programming, caregivers spend time learning everything there is to know about each resident, allowing them to create activities and events based on their past hobbies, interests, and passions. For those in need of temporary care, the community also offers short-term respite care services. Residents can choose from private and companion suites, each floor plan provides a bathroom equipped with safety features and an abundance of natural light to help seniors feel at home. Hudson Creek also provides routine housekeeping and laundry services, meal preparation and Signature Dining services, and assistance with activities of daily living. PositiveThe people at Hudson Creek care about the residents' health and wellbeing. They're knowledgeable, trained, and caring. The facility is well maintained and clean. They're always friendly and truly work hard to care for the needs of the residents. There are specialists (psychiatrists, wound specialists, geriatric specialists, podiatrists, etc.) who routinely come to the facility to care for the residents health issues.

PositiveMy father lived at hudson creek until his passing. They cared for him with compassion. Everyday was a different day and his care really depended on how he felt when he woke up. They always met him where he was. If you are looking for memory care, no place is perfect, but they have managers that care and want to do their best.

PositiveThe staff is kind, patient, and truly cares about the residents. The facility is clean, safe, and feels more like a home than a medical center. They offer fun activities every day and keep families well-informed. It’s clear that the team puts the residents' comfort and happiness first. PositiveGreat staff but sometimes short-handed. Staff was friendly and caring, but there were days when short staffed affected their efficiency. I liked the fact that rooms were furnished. They also give a 5% discount for veterans and their spouses. Visitations were not restricted.
