A family's experience

The management team along with nearly every CNA, medication aide, and other staff are caring, friendly, and kind. Having experience in both Independent and Assisted Living, it's very much the same experience with people, comfort and amenities, and access to activities. The cost is higher than some facilities, but if the family member can be comfortable and enjoy the environment of the Parc then it's a nice place to live.

Quality and Well Thought Out

Food was great and service top notch. We especially loved the way the dinner seating was done to encourage meeting new people and encouraging connections. The entire facility felt new and fresh, very well-kept.

Critical

Avoid

Memory Care review only. When my relative moved in things went well, they? kept them engaged in activities, but the longer they were there the less they even paid them any attention. Their bedding had not been changed in months other then when I went in and did it. I know this, because I would place my time stamped name tag in the sheets. There were several instances of large bruises they could not explain, and falls where my relative was left unattended. They were not brushing teeth or help with bathroom/ change o

Good Place to Live

I like it here. I enjoy the friendliness of both the staff and the residents. My apartment is very nice and very comfortable. They offer a very good cross section of activities to choose from. Really the only issue is the food is not so good. They serve a lot of processed food that is pre-prepared and then they just reheat it.
