Living at Hudson Meadows has made my life so much easier! Almost all of the household chores are done for us. One of the best things for me is not having to figure out what's for dinner every day -- or any meal. There are always two entrees available, plus a small list of any-meal alternatives. Yet, we still have a full kitchen if I want to make something, like cookies! My husband, who has moderate dementia, is the reason we moved here. He loves it and the activities available here are perfect to keep him active an…

How friendly the staff and residents are. Their prompt response/service when you have a concern, question or need help. The quality and tastiness of the food. The cleanliness of the facility. The activities director and her involvement and creativity.

PositiveThe staff are excellent really, really helpful.
The only problem I have had here is that some of the fellow inmates regard Hudson as a hotel, rather than their [and my] home. Sadly the Management here cannot screen for this problem. Overall , I made a great decision to come to live here, and would recommend it to any "normal" individual. These selfish messy individuals are few, but their impact felt.

Hudson Meadows is truly phenomenal! You’re greeted every day with access to a 24-hour soft-serve machine and fresh ground and brewed coffee—need I say more? There are exercise classes five days a week and so many fun social activities, including bingo, darts, happy hours (multiple days), movies in their own 150-seat theater, musical performances, crafts, and more. Fantastic place! After only a short time here, we feel at home and like we're part of the larger family. Common areas are very well maintained and always clean. Every one from management to kitchen staff to housekeepers to other residents have been very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Independent Living, so no personal care involved, but 5 for staff such as housekeeping. On-site Resident Managers and 24-hour front desk concierge make life much easier! Meals and dining is a 5+.
