The facility is great, clean and bright. Food is good. Communication is sometimes difficult between staff and guests. I don't feel that I get updates and or input from the staff on my husband's routine.

Unfortunately my dad did go into the hospital only two weeks after moving into Huntington Terrace and never returned. Between being admitted to the hospital and convalescent care, he was never able to go back and live independently. The staff at HT was so gracious and helpful during that time. Ultimately, my father passed away, and the staff reached out to offer condolences. The entire care team are hardworking and caring toward our mom and family. The caregiver staff and front desk staff are friendly and helpful. They clearly care about their work and the clients. Maintenance is slow to respond to requests, and the facility is old and shows its age. The fixtures, toilet, and wall heater in my mom's room are all very old. The heater is very loud. The staff and wonderful. They are kind, caring, and happy to help their residents. They know them by name and always greet them warmly. The faculty is immaculate and nicely appointed. It's cozy and inviting. It doesn't feel like an assisted living facility. I also love that you see residents hanging around in the common areas chatting and enjoying coffee and snacks.
