CriticalMemory Care at Bryn Mawr village
I have a resident in this facility. The facility takes on patients which have advanced dementia. However, the facility is grossly understaffed. I saw a resident fall twice in one day. I saw resident asking to be taken the bathroom, but unable to go because other residents could not be left unattended. I saw several residents, who could barely walk, getting up out of wheelchairs while the room was left unattended. I’ve seen residents, including my resident, in bed for days at a time because facility was understaffed…

The cognitive health floor is secured by key pads on doors and you must get the ok to go to that floor by the front desk. They had numerous aides working on that floor so the patients didn't want for anything.

[name removed] from A place for mom, sent me 4 places to look into as I needed a respite for my mother. I contacted two and the third was [name removed] Impressions and I spoke to [name removed]. She was very helpful and knowledgeable with her answered to my questions. I was able to have my mother stay at this facility. The nursing staff was on point and knowledgeable with dementia. No complaints and I will hopefully be able to use them in the future.
