The cleanliness top notch, staff/care is good, but they lost the head nurse of memory care so they are still working on improving their game, activities - they do try to engage everyone, which can be challenging, but they plan a variety of activities and bring people out to the main area for special events, room size is adequate and community room/dining is a little small. Community size is 11 which is very good

My mom is a current resident and while they were quick to get her in and sort of help with the move, they really haven't done much since. The nurses do their best, but they appear to be short staffed and have not been paying very close attention to my mom much at all. There have been several administrators who have left since she started, and the communication there is not just bad, it's non-existent. I honestly am not sure what we're paying for beyond rent.
