Quick bullets as I am at work: Facility is older furniture (beds are not comfortable )and a relatively small footprint Shared rooms have no barrier between patients (not even a a curtain) Staff is very nice Staffing is limited compared to other larger facilities. If you need more 1:1 throughout the day, they may not be able to meet that level of care. Better for patients who are more dependent Specific concerns: Clothing was often mixed up with other patients Incontinence care could have been more frequent…

Staff was very friendly and pleasant to me and my family member. During a her final days of life they were exceptional in care and supporting family during the difficult time.The facility was very clean with nice sitting room for residents and vistors . Love the dog that wonders around for residents to visit and pet.

The people at the Inn at Deerfield are very compassionate and kind. They understand the plight that families are in with loved ones who are in this scenario they treat them with respect. They become friends with the people that are there, and they let us know whenever any changes are happening with their physical health. They are understanding of why these people are at their facility and do their best to make them comfortable in their day to day activities.

The Inn is small, cozy, homey and very comfortable for residents and welcoming to visitors. The best part about the Inn for my mom is there are no bathrooms in the bedrooms, so residents don’t get into a situation that they can’t handle. All toileting, personal care and cleaning is done in bathrooms supervised by staff, who offer as much or little assistance as needed. There’s always age appropriate classic TV shows on in one room, games and activities in another room and an area to sit and relax or read in another…
