PositiveRating is due to the clothes I bought for my mother because I was told "she had to have "street" clothes" which she no longer has due to them going missing which I feel is unacceptable why can't they keep up with the residents items and clothing... that's cost money!!

PositiveI think my dad's basic needs were handled, but went above and beyond. At the end, when my dad was on hospice, the staff were to rotate him according to a printout of a clock. This was not being done, and we had to ask them to rotate him. The food was good quality, but there were times when my dad was left with a plate of food in front of him. CriticalI'm a little disappointed with ICC. Moms been there a little over a year now in the personnel/caregivers has change completely 3 times not to mention the "street cloths" I was told she "had to have", have 90% disappeared. They have no idea where they are. We picked this community because of the cost, affordability, and also when I visited it looked nice..

PositiveThe director and staff are compassionate, understanding and responsive to concerns. Only complaint was they tended to mix up clothing, we had to have them find shirts and pants that were missing. Drawers and closets were never organized. When we picked up Dad's things after he passed, we Had items that weren't his and were missing several items.

PositiveGoing from being a primary caregiver to finding a space for my dad to be taken care of is really scary, but ICC was very straight forward and understanding of our needs. It was a difficult decision, but the staff cares a lot and goes above and beyond for every resident. ICC is clean and set up like a real home but is gated so wandering is safe. The grounds are well maintained and are a nice spot to visit. There is staff awake and available 24 hours a day, which was hard to find. I can't thank ICC enough for giving …
