★★★★★
CriticalThey are short on staff. This is not a place I would recommend at the moment.
★★★★★
PositiveGood place friendly only wish they would help [name removed] eat lots of times her food is all over her lap other then that it's good. [name removed] who's in charge of that community is really good!
★★★★★
CriticalThey need more staff in memory care. We would maybe recommend Ivy Park to other families based on the experience so far.
★★★★★
CriticalThis is just an introductory review as my mother in law has only been a resident at the memory care facility at Ivy Park in Huntington Beach for 6 weeks only- however we are extremely concerned that our family has made a bad decision- There seems to be absolutely Zero accountability as the staff is all too willing to "pass the buck"- IE- no off campus activities because driver is sick- What???? How about a Sub?? Same goes for activities- no leader available so no activities- What???? No one is willing to hono…
★★★★★
PositiveUnfortunately Ivy Park wasn't the right place for my dad. We actually just moved him to an adult family home and he is doing much better. He needed more one on one attention. That said, Ivy Park was lovely. Staff working with my dad daily were the best. Very caring and friendly. They would make connections with the residents, felt very genuine vs them just doing a job. A very peaceful and pleasant setting.
★★★★★
PositiveMy dad is doing great! [Name removed] is amazing at her job. I believe she is the director of memory care. She is a great leader for her staff and very helpful and supportive to me and my family during this transition. They have been kind and caring.
