My mother received full-care services at Ivy Park La Palma, including transfers with a Hoyer lift, feeding, changing, and all of her daily care needs. The staff was incredibly compassionate, attentive, and caring. They took such good care of her that I felt comfortable enough to travel, knowing she was in good hands. They are quite expensive. But I am confident that my mother is receiving compassionate care with dignity. I'd say the only issue I have with any of these facilities is that information does not get passed along to other staff members on other shifts. I would like to see more activities. They have bingo and game days and occasionally some entertainment. But daily activities I would like to see a little bit more of. The apartment is clean and easily accessible.
