CriticalIvy Park at San Juan
Activities offered are not that great, restrictive and controlling, environment, nickel, and diming you to pay for every thing extra, so many extra costs food is mediocre, somewhat boring. Help staff is very nice and friendly. good environment for those more cognitively impaired because it small and easy to navigate.

I was the family that dropped off my uncle and just from the brief time I was there I felt that it was very pretty and welcoming upon arrival. The staff were very kind and the location was perfect for his needs. His apartment and set up was also perfect!

The staff and nurse have accommodated us recently through a cognitive episode my Mother went through for 4 weeks. Yes, there was a cost impact because they had to escalate their care for my Mother, but they were very helpful and understanding through the process.

5s across the board. I would highly recommend the facility to friends and family. I would happily go there if the need arises- or my girls might just decide to send me there They helped me navigate Mom's needs as they changed, were great non-judgmental listeners and offered advice when asked. They treated mom with respect. Even mom, who had strong opinions about people in general, often told me how wonderful the staff was.
