★★★★★
PositiveWe absolutely love this place and it exceeded our expectation. A a facility with amenities and services that preserves dignity for our aging community.
★★★★★
PositiveWhat we like the most about the community is the communication, level of care, and cleanliness. We would absolutely recommend Ivy Park to other families, I have seen positive changes in my dad's overall demeanor since moving him to Ivy Park. He seems happier.
★★★★★
PositiveI thought the facility was rated four out of five stars. It seemed comfortable there seem to be a nice area for dining and in a good location. The person I took the visit ended up going there.
★★★★★
PositiveOccasionally seem short staffed. Could have been due to holidays otherwise very friendly. The rooms are like a small 1 room apartment with a ADA bathroom. My mom is busy everyday now with activities, movie theater, large activity room with lots going on . Bingo, arts and crafts, board games. My mom has made a few new friends to do things with. It's been a good move for her.
★★★★★
PositiveI have been very pleased with the Palms. It took my mom about 9 months to make the transition then 1 day she just did the flip and is very happy there. The entry is beautiful. I just like the overall facility. I like the setup. The cafeteria is in the middle, so no one has to walk very far, and they have a court all the way down the middle so everyone has a wonderful view and back door.
★★★★★

A PA or Dr visit instead of my having to take her to her appts. It's made a huge difference. Getting her & her walker in & out of my car is exhausting for both of us. They also take weekly vitals. The only drawback here is that they don't respond to maintenance requests. The drain in her bathroom sink isn't connected so it leaks all over the floor. She has to use the kitch…
