The staff make a point to call the residents by name and get to know their personal interests and preferences. They all acknowledge the residents and visiting family when passing in the hall or in the common areas of the facility. The front desk staff are very organized and helpful in keeping up with the resident's appointments that require transportation.

Dad's finally happy!

The IVY is beautiful and very well maintained. The food is excellent with many choices for all meals. The apartments/rooms are spacious and set up well for wheel chair access. I also love that there is laundry and housekeeping weekly. The nursing care team is also nice to have as they check on dad and make sure he's doing what he is supposed to do daily. Bonus... our family's positive experience

For every category, I would rate it 5. It is not inexpensive, however good care does cost quite a bit. The facility is beautiful. Very nice central courtyard. Regular activities to engage residents. Good snacks. Very good meals. Theater area. Caring and responsive staff.

Less than pleased

My husband is extremely unhappy here. He will not join in any activities. I feel like I was able to take better care of him at home. He just lays in bed all day unless I am here. He doesn’t particularly like the food although it looks very appetizing.

While everyone looked to be receiving good care, and the facility looked clean and welcoming, we did not choose Ivy Park due to the administrative staff not being upfront about costs. We made it well into the process, but realized at assessment that we were misquoted on costs for such things as medication management. We were sorely disappointed at the added costs, hundreds of dollars above ($[removed]+ above quote) above quote when touring. Review for Ivy Park at Seven Oaks

I do recommend this alternative living residence. Ivy Park has all levels of living assistance. It is a well kept facility and the staff have been great. The facility was very well kept and the staff was very helpful in directing us to Veteran funding we did not know about.
