Everything is ok and pretty average. My biggest complaint is that we pay extra for my dad being a fall risk and there have been a few times he has fallen and waited about an hour for someone to get him up.

Response from the community

Hello, Thank you for sharing your feedback. While I am glad to hear your overall experience has been positive, I am concerned about the issues you raised regarding your father's care. I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly and discuss your concerns further. Please feel free to visit my office or contact me at 805-583-3500 so we can continue the conversation. Best MEMORYCARE facility in Ventura County. Top Director and trained staff. Well maintained facility. Highly recommended

[Name Removed] the director of the MEMORYCARE is over the top hands on and continually training her staff. She answers every text email or call immediately and is personable with both the residents, staff and residents family members. I have interviewed every facility offering MEMORYCARE in Camarillo, Thousand Oaks and Simi Valley. Ivy Park Simi Valley is exceptional and the b

The place seems very clean. Everyone was nice that we came across. Rooms and outdoor area is great. Very pricey but I assume all assisted living places are. Sales lady we did the tour with was fantastic and very personable.

My experience

It's a wonderful place. Their caretakers are amazing. The food is delicious and there's a lot of activities. I don't think you can get a better place for your loved ones. I'm very active and there's many things for me to do. I am truly blessed to be here.

We are sorry that we are not able to move my mom from N Idaho (due to health restrictions). However, I want to comment on your staff. They were very friendly, your facilities were clean and the kitchen, and other rooms were very inviting.
