Ivy Park at Wood Ranch

We were very impressed with cleanliness and staff. The residents were well cared for and seemed to be happy. We spoke with several residents. The hallways were not filled with residents sitting lonely. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. This will probably be our choice when we have to make that decision.

Review for Ivy Park at Wood Ranch

My mother is happy with the food and the activities. The public spaces seem very clean. The weekly cleaning of her room is not as good, although she has two cats and we are not paying extra for them. There seems to be very high staff turnover; I'm not sure but this may be typical for this type of facility. She has an "open suite" so there are two rooms plus a fridge and microwave. Space is sufficient for her, but we rejected the single room version as being too small. We felt that we got a good price for the sui…

Ivy Park at Wood Ranch

Ivy Park at Wood Ranch is a beautiful and well-maintained property. The management, chef, and food servers have all changed several times within the past year. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. The dining team does a great job celebrating holidays with festive food and invitations for family members to attend. I would recommend this community to other families.

Overall a nice place

Reasons we chose Ivy Park: -price -location -cleanliness -open dining room (although this turned out not to be true) There has been frequent staff turnover (although this may be typical for the industry)

beyond our expectations

we love it there! Everybody there is super friendly and kind. We would for sure recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far. I would live there, lol.
