We recently put my father in Juniper Village. EVERYONE was caring and thorough with explaining the services. Our mind was at ease, knowing my dad would be well taken care of. [Names Removed} were incredible-professional, smiling, calming. They made the entire process easy.

PositiveDiane Hill, the director, answered all our questions and did a thorough price breakdown. Even lunch with our mom was offered. The place is a beautiful historic restored building. The only thing lacking for our mom was a safe area to smoke outside. The rooms and the Alexa system in them is great.

PositiveI like the facility and staffing. Currently the cost is prohibited due to mother savings and checking with the rights quoted. We’d only be able to keep her there for approximately 18 months and she would have to move again.

The statement in the conversation that I had with Juniper that made a difference was " give us a chance and come and at least see us". So, I did go see them and my father was accepted and moved in over a year ago. The staff there is amazing and truly cares about the residents. It's like a big family.

Positive[name removed] was very helpful and thorough. The facility is beautiful and appeared to be a great place for residence. I would highly recommend Juniper to others. Unfortunately due to my stepdad‘s dementia condition it probably isn’t the best place for us.
