I cared for my mom for 6 years with dementia, all through the pandemic and beyond. After a terrible trial at a home in Georgia, I didn't ever think I would find a place that I trusted to care for her. The neighborhood house is an absolute miracle. The staff is so involved in her minute to minute needs, and she is a very busy little lady. They are in constant communication with me and they even let her use their cell phones to check in with me when the phone room is noisy. I honestly feel like she gained several dau…

I would rate all of these categories a five, they have been great to work with. We chose Keene Valley Neighborhood House because they were willing to work with our finances. They have been willing to work with our whole family to meet the needs that our loved one has. They also keep in touch and are great at communication with any changes in health that occur etc.

The community is a wonderful place. The community is like a home and it is extremely clean. The staff is cross-trained to be able to help with everything. The staff is tenured and has worked with the community for a while. I would recommend this community to others
