PositiveThe staff is wonderful, they are extremely kind, caring and friendly. They make you feel very comfortable there as far as family visitors, but they treat the residence extremely warm. There is a lot of interactions so residents don't feel lonely. The activities are wonderful, there are trips near, and far that residents can join in and attend. The only thing that I found that's downfall is the communication between staff, specifically regarding patient's medication's and appointments and medical needs. Makes me fee…
