PositiveGreat fit for my parents
My parents are super happy there. I have been there many times and even ate there as well. I would give it a five all around. My parents have never complained at all. Each interaction with staff has been awesome. They seem to really care about my mom. Good mood of young and old staff. I would highly recommend this place. Value wise my Dad says how affordable it is and is very happy with the financial piece. I hope this helps.

The staff are all very friendly and the support staff do a fantastic job taking care of Mom from a fall to just helping her with things she can't do on her own. The cook even made her extra gravy (her favorite) after they had run out.

Mom loves Kingsway Retirement Living and we're much more at ease now knowing that she is in a safe environment. The only reason I gave a 4 instead of a 5 for the value for the money is just because it is expensive (even though this facility was the least expensive of the 5 places we toured with). So good work Kingsway!
