★★★★★
PositiveRecently toured for my grandmother- the cottages are beautiful and tucked away. Trees surround the property making it truly lake forest park. The other tenants wave and smile. Staff was so friendly. We had a chance to meet all the directors of the community who came in smiling and laughing. The front entrance that was newly remodeled gave it a sprinkle of newness. It was not about the esthetic it was more so the feeling of family when you tour.

PositiveI recently joined my sister for a tour at this community in Lake Forest Park for my father-in-law, and we had a wonderful experience. PositiveI recently toured this facility when my mom had a fall and we weren’t sure if she would be able to go back to living on her own. I was very reluctant to this whole thing as our family did not want to place our mother in a “nursing home”, but the second I walked into the building I felt a sense of comfort and realized it was a completely different atmosphere then what we expected. PositiveStaff seems competent and seem to genuinely enjoy working with residents. I was surprised at this. The last place my mom was at had employees who had very ho hum attitudes.
★★★★★
PositiveThey were great and helpful. They have very large cottages and lots of activities if you want to participate.
★★★★★
PositiveWe are satisfied with this facility. Somewhat rough start getting my mother in her room on the agreed upon date but now things are running smoothly. They do a good job taking care of her. They seem to have a handle on how to run things but they could improve the laundry methods and be a little better at communicating. We feel confident in choosing this facility.
