This facility is always running at top notch I have never experienced anything but 100% from all the workers and staff. We picked this community because of the value for cost. It has a much nicer atmosphere. It's large! Their activities are always interesting and rotating. They have lots of on site options for doctors, podiatrist, and dentistry along with psychiatric help for dementia patients. Grace Manor Suites Review

The staff is friendly and helpful but after my Mom was there for 12 months they hiked her rent over 6%. They only give a 30 day notice with a letter mailed through the Post office for these rent increase. The letter was written exactly 30 days prior then mailed. By the time I got the letter it was a two week notice. Other than their rent increases and short notice it's been a good place for my Mom. If they continue with the high increases we will need to find another place or come up with another plan.

A great place to call home

They work very hard to assure everything Runs smoothly. Staff is always happy to assist all residents! They do a great job. We've had several chefs . We Now have a good chef and she is working very hard to improve meals. Now I would rate it a 5. She is doing a wonderful job and we are very blessed to have her. After visiting quite aby few facilities, I found this to be a good value for the money.

Attentive care

My loved one is in the memory care part of the facility. The staff is very loving. They go above and beyond what is required to make sure she is well cared for. The director keeps in close contact with the family. Whenever my loved one needs anything extra, she is on top of it and gets the services needed as soon as possible. For example, the staff noticed my loved one needs glasses, so an optometrist will be called to the site to give an exam. Also, physical therapy sessions are held right in the facility.
