moved in here August 2019, at first it was great when it was Brookdale, then it was sold 1/2020..since then quality has taken a huge dive. The food quality and selection is poor, the new “chef” needs to go.. some selections are just even worse than poor in temperature and taste. But one thing that is prevalent: EXCUSES. The cleaning services are poor, huge turnover in staff due mostly to low pay is what employees say ; do not expect a thorough cleaning. in 4 years, deep cleaning has not been done, so this service …
