PositiveIt seemed to have caring staff and a lot for residents to do. It had nice sized rooms and a nice courtyard with gardens, which our mom would love. It had a lot of nature surrounding it, and felt peaceful.

From the initial phone calls to entering the building, everyone was very, very welcoming. There's usually that "one" that would make you feel uncomfortable, I didn't experience that at all. There was the sweetest Welcome sign on the door and a basket full of gifts and goodies on the counter, just as you walk in. Everything in my room, the dining room, restrooms, PT/OT rooms, and the Salon was emaculent, and being a Clean Freak, that's saying a lot. I really, really liked it there and found it refreshing. We are very pleased with Lakehouse. Caregivers are amazing! We really like the new director and all other staff members. The facility has a friendly, home like feel. It's clean and decorated nicely. Residents seem happy. Outdoor spaces are really pretty.
