They don't get medicine when needed no one cleans the room like it's suppose to be showers not given twice a week like said would do toilet never cleaned my other sister does it when she visits has even taken pictures I would never recommend this place food is good though they do have activities.

I found some of the staff to be very unprofessional. One situation was very humiliating for my grandmother because of their comments and incompetence. One of the staff leaders lied to my face after my grandmother had a change in condition and did not relay the importance of this to her hospice right away. Blaming the hospice service to be poor and did not take any ownership in the situation. Then lied to again about the quality of care she was being given. After another change in condition, the staff did not follow…

The activities is a 4 because they can't get him to participate. The value for cost is a 4, not a lot to compare it to. [name removed] is very content at Lakehouse. His 2 room apartment is great. Yes, we would recommend LakeHouse New Holstein to other families based on the experience so far.

There service and staff are the best. The care given to Dad was awesome. Just be truthful with the staff on any care issues their loved one might need . They will go out of there way to give the care they need.
