There has been a turnover in Admin so we hope things will sort out. The LPN has not followed through on medical issues in a consistent way, although we know she filled in for admin at times, so had too much on her plate.

I don't have a single complaint. The apartments are roomy and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. I appreciate the fact that they periodically organize family gatherings for holidays. My mother loves the activities they plan for the residents such as bingo. She especially appreciates the fact that they put on a non denominational church service on the tv in the common room for anyone to watch. We of course have high remarks for the meals. My grandson happens to be one of the chefs.

PositiveStaff was very helpful and facility was nice. The only problem was a better offer on price and level of care. Lakeview was not a memory care unit which will eventually be necessary.

PositiveThis is a much smaller facility than we have previously toured. The staff was very relaxed and “real” with us. Everyone was happy. There were many residents participating in the activities that were being offered. The rooms were sufficient and the two residents we met while touring their apartments were extremely happy in their space.
