Above and Beyond presently

I lived in Lakeland apartments for 3 years, and returned. It was alright when I first moved here and it did start going downhill for a bit. A new manager came in and made a lot of improvements. She works above and beyond. Most people who are residents are friendly. The present manager is the greatest I've ever met and will be transferring soon.im hoping the next manager will be able to keep up with the same manorizism and work ethics. great value!

We think this is a really good community and every time we come to visit things look clean and well taken care of. The outside of the building and everything around it is well maintained. The property manager [name removed] has been so wonderful to work with. She has been very helpful, accommodating and good with keeping our family updated. The value is also wonderful, they go off your loved ones income so our father is able to have a nice place of his own without having to worry about pricing.
