PositiveOur families experience with The Point
My mother has moved into The Point at Eastgate. Our overall experience I would say is good. The staff is very nice. They have abundant activities. The cleanliness of the building and rooms are excellent. The apartment sizes are adequate. our only disappointment was in trying to get a landline. They do not have any infrastructure for it. Otherwise, my mother is very happy.

I don't have any negative feedback whatsoever . The facility has been a good fit for my mother in law. As I have recently toured facilities for my mother, I've noticed some are newer, brighter, and have staff that are more engaging with their residents. That is why I gave most areas a 4 rating. Eastgate is a little quiet, which has been fine for my mother in law.

We are not allowed in the dining room so I do not know anything about the food because visitors are not allowed in there. There could be more card playing games or social meet and great. However The Pointe at Eastgate is a quiet place, it is lovely, clean and safe.

CriticalVery dissapointed
They drained my mother's entire life savings and left her homeless after she contracted COVID at their facility. Its very disappointing this is the state of care for our eldery. If I could give it zero stars I would.
