★★★★★
PositiveThe food is excellent and there are a lot of activities. Lakeshore is a wonderful community. The staff are so caring, and my dad has always enjoyed his time there. If I ever need an assisted living facility for myself, I would absolutely go there.
★★★★★
PositiveMy mom is happy. It's a great place for my mom. I can't imagine anyone else could serve seniors better. I would recommend Lakeshore to others who are looking for a place for their loved one.
★★★★★
PositiveThe facility is kept very clean and the staff are awesome!! The activities that they have for the staff are amazing. They also have family get togethers each season that are wonderful!! My mom is in a one bedroom apartment and it's very spacious!! She has a door out to the courtyard too. Not all apartments have that.
★★★★★
PositiveStaff turnover but otherwise a safe , friendly place for my mom. Docs and nurse are responsive, PT, OT and speech therapy are wonderful. Front office is wonderful. Caregivers are wonderful. Mom has bonded with more than one caregiver. She trusts them and that is everything
★★★★★
CriticalThey don't do much for activities unless the nurses get them out of their rooms. They need to put more consideration towards memory care activity wise and helping get the people out of beds and getting them moving. For those that can't get out of bed, making sure they are still getting some sort of circulation for their body, and also getting some socialization and not just sitting in isolation.
★★★★★
PositiveThey really care for the residents. They take their time with them. They are always kept clean and the place is clean as well. Based on the experience I have had so far, I would recommend Lakeshore Assisted Living to other families
