PositiveLakeside Place is a warm and welcoming place! As soon as you walk in the door, you are greeted with a smile and warmth. I work in the community as a healthcare professional and visit a lot of facilities; Lakeside Place is by far one of my favorites in Lexington County. Clean, friendly, wonderful staff- amazing place!

The staff members are friendly, attentive, and genuinely care about the residents' well-being. They treat residents with dignity and respect, creating a warm and welcoming environment that truly feels like home. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and offers a variety of activities that keep residents engaged and active. Communication with families is excellent, and we appreciate being kep…

Quality of meals are not comparable to the cost of the home.
★★★★★

On the negative side, they do not really offer as much assistance as where my loved one was before. On the weekends it is very hard to get a hold of anyone, they do not answer the phones. It almost seems like it is in between independent living and assisted living. My loved one is happy here but it might be a little better suited for someone younger who needs less…
