Spring Oaks at Lexington

Not vegetarian friendly

Mother was sent there by Richland County to recover from a concussion and frequent falls. The staff seemed to change every month and continuity of care was a problem. Staff seemed sparse. Kitchen did not understand dietary needs of a vegetarian. Mother lost over 100lbs. andfinally faded away.

Nice

My wife and I visited her dad over the Father's Day weekend 3 times. The facility is clean the rooms are nice and the staff is very friendly and attentive. We showed up unannounced and were treated great. My father in law has been there a few months and likes it a lot. We will be back in November.

The community looked nice but it was not as nice as the other facility that we were considering. It looked clean and appealing and they were very informative.

We virtually toured this community. The staff was very friendly and shared a lot of great information. They followed up with us also. We were not able to do a regular tour due to covid.

I would absolutely put my mom here again

Carolina Gardens at Lexington is a nice facility, they are taking great care of my mom. We are having a little situation with the staffing ever since the virus hit. I am feeling like there is not enough staff. They are all very nice, when I would visit my mom before COVID I would stay in her room. They are very accommodating and the food is very good. Overall, it is a great facility. I would absolutely put my mom here again.
