CriticalThey need a better staff hiring practice, and more staff. I am not happy with the place. They require 24 hour notice for visits and you can only visit for 30 mins. The rooms are dirty. The staff can be rude at times. The social worker won't return calls unless it's about money. My loved one is left in bed all day and there isn't much supervision.
