Residents can delight in our community grounds which include an enclosed courtyard, raised gardening beds, and an outside patio. Our indoor and outdoor common areas prioritize accessibility, flow, and mobility for every resident, with spaces like social lounges, fireside lounges, a salon, restaurant-style dining room, and library. Our units are wheelchair-accessible, and we offer companion units for residents who would like to live with a roommate. To accommodate residents’ living space, we offer roll-in and wheelchair-accessible showers and individual climate control for optimum comfort and safety. We offer weekly housekeeping and laundry services as well. Care Types Offered Landmark Villa is a residential care facility for the elderly (RCFE) , which in the state of California is a housing arrangement for persons 60 years or older where supervision and personal care is provided based on the needs of the residents. These facilities are also known as assisted living facilities and board and care facilities . A residential care facility may provide care for residents with dementia or Alzheimer’s. CriticalThis place does not care about their residents. They can't even hire people who understand english. I have had nothing but problems with this place since my mom got here a few years ago. Most recently my mom was fed pineapple with the core still on it. This is a choking hazard because of her condition and this is not the first time this has happened.
