3 separate areas within one facility...unassisted/retirement, assisted, and memory care. There is a calendar of events for each area for those residents that want to participate. Rent is raised around $[Amount Removed] each year. Turn over rate for care staff has been high in the last year. Care staff in assisted areas need better training and need to be monitored more by administration. Urine smell and bathing is concerning in this area. We cannot comment on the value for cost because It's our first month so hard to tell yet. However, what we like the most about the community so far is that overall it is a very nice place but they seem under staffed.

Below expectations, left 5.5 months of my 6 month lease. Issues trying to get maintenance to repair shower. Activities planned but were not executed very well. Seemed like most folks ate and just went back to their rooms.
