Definitely 5 stars. Staff has been amazing starting with the day of our tour. They are like family, and on a first name basis. Level of care is more than we could have hoped for. We have no safety or wellbeing concerns. They manage her meds, take her to doctor appointments, and check in on her regularly. Activities are top notch with usually 6 different activities daily. With added activities depending on the season or holidays. The facility is spic and span. They clean her room twice a day and do her laundry. S…
