CriticalI live in Georgia, my mother is in Pacifica in Tallahassee. I wanted to move her closer to me. I found out the business lady from Pacifica is there running the business! We were leaving Pacifica because of her! She is rude and very condescending to the residents, families and messed up the billing every month. Because of that, we will not consider Legacy due to her being there. She couldn’t handle billing, how is she going to handle a whole senior living facility? She is so fake in our opinion. Positivetop notch place
The facility is very clean, it did not smell like pee like some other places we visited. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The room sizes are good, they are not suites but the residents really do not need much. I would recommend Legacy Village at Plantation Manor to those looking for care.

Legacy Village at Plantation Manor has become home for a close friend of mine. When visiting him the staff are helpful, kind and they go out of their way not only for their residents but for guests as well. I wouldn’t chose another place for my family or friend's!

I would tell others to be careful of the staff members here. They are not communicative and do not talk to you like they should. The administration is terrible, 2 weeks after my dad passed away they filed a lawsuit against me for payment even though I had not even gotten a bill. I would not recommend to anybody.

The food they serve is worse than the inmates receive in prison. The staff were great to deal. When sending an email with questions or concerns I would receive an answer withing an hour. A good staff and community, bad corporation.

PositiveLegacy Village review
Some activities this community has is bingo, and exercise classes. There usually something to do every day. Legacy Village did not look like an assisted living facility, it looked more like a home. The room our loved one is currently in, has a bedroom with a little space for a couple chairs as well as a bathroom. They do also offer a two bedroom with a bath. The food served at this community is the only problem we have, its just not good quality food.
