PositiveOur families experience
Staff was great. Room size was fine. Mama liked the games and activities. Cleanliness was good. They seemed to be a little short staffed at times. (I'm a Nurse so I get it.) Administration was good. Bridget Crenshaw is wonderful! The worst thing was the food. Chicken noodle soup from a can with toast and 2 crackers is pitiful for supper or lunch for that matter. Mama really liked the Staff. When they needed to laugh, they'd come see her! This made the experience so much better. She hates being away from home. That'…

Please be vigilant, visit and be aware of level of care and serving size (and quality) of meals being served and make sure medications are being given properly. Family presence on a regular basis is very telling. Mom was there for over a year and although there were some good residents and staff, the overall care was less than acceptable. Mom is no longer a resident there.

I attended the Valentine party . This was a very nice experience. The party was well planned and executed. The food was balance and tasted good had a nice variety. Decor was beautiful. Games were appropriate for patients and guest. Overall a very good experience.
