★★★★★
PositiveOverall great. The dining room is fantastic, but everything has been very good. My mother looks forward to meals for the first time in many months.
★★★★★
Positive5 for each of them the last one my husband was happy and I felt he was safe. The place is really clean the people are nice and there is a turn over line all places. The food is delicious there are real nurses 24/7. They have a fab activity director and they call all their community by first name or give the person a nickname. My husband was in memory lock down area and I felt he was safe and loved.
★★★★★
PositiveEveryone is very kind and they go out of their way to be helpful. To take care of the needs of their families. They consider everyone that is living there. Whether it be independent, assisted or memory care family. Am very glad that we moved mom into independent living. She is extremely happy. She's safe, she's warm and she gets 2 meals a day. They also clean every 2 weeks side to side. Top to bottom every cottage and every inside apartment.
★★★★★
PositiveI would encourage them to visit and talk with staff. All of the above areas impressed us kids. We visited others and your facility was just plain nicer and friendlier.
★★★★★
PositiveWhat our family likes most about The Terrace at Priceville is the friendliness of the staff. Yes, we would recommend them to other families, but they are very expensive to [fee removed] a month. The community is Cissy with active vies in morning and afternoon, nurses communicate. The Terrace has parties for the rest dents and family had a delicious BBQ for Father's Day. The staff talks to the resident all day long.. it is a good place.

CriticalYou have to advocate for your family member. This is 2nd memory care facility my mom in. I now think they are all pretty much the same. Areas for improvement. Lack of training in memory care. Basic needs at times ignored. Not cutting up food or allowing enough time to eat. I doubt she is getting enough to eat. So much wrong, but hey, work ethic is not what it used to be and such a shame since memory care houses one of the most vulnerable populations that cannot speak up and tell you anything that goes on behind loc…
