After looking for assisted living for my dad and visiting Northern Pines, we decided it would be the right place for him. The staff is easy to communicate with and seem knowledgeable about what they’re doing, the food is decent, they have a set scheduled for laundry and they clean the rooms more than once a week. The other residents seem nice and welcoming. The facility is clean and organized and the atmosphere just feels like home. They seem to be understaffed on the night shift, but my father is still getting goo…
