PositiveOverall I am very happy with the place. I think the best part is the staff. They are so kind and supportive and think they take very good care of my dad. He can be a difficult patient, but they always assure me it's no problem and they can handle him. It really puts my mind at ease. Every time I visit, the patients are always clean and well cared for. The person I originally spoke with is [name removed] and she is wonderful. She kept me up to date on the process and was available for every step. I can't say enough…

PositiveOverall, we've had a positive experience with Longevity. The facility is always clean, and there always seems to be someone taking care of the housekeeping. One thing that has stood out is that visitors have commented on how fresh the building is-it doesn't have the typical odor that some care facilities can have. There is very little attempt to build community or to create a stimulating environment for the residents. The activities department does not communicate with families via social media or any app to let us know what our mom is doing each day. ★★★★★
PositiveThe staff are friendly and attentive. They know every resident's name. Activities - 3, because they really (the residents) can't pay attention to do any type of arts and crafts. Food is WAY better than I would have ever guessed. Dining itself is super quiet. Room size is great!
★★★★★
CriticalThe staff is fine, the lights have been out on the front parking lot for months but they finally got one fixed. Overall it's ok.
★★★★★
PositiveI loved the care they gave my mom she liked the food and staff. She felt safe there and they were kind to her. They talked to her and engaged with her.
