★★★★★
PositiveThe staff is very friendly. The apartments are very comfortable.
★★★★★
PositiveThe employees are so helpful. One example is this past January we had a big snowstorm. After the street plows went through my car was snowed in. The maintenance crew dug my car out. We have multiple luncheons during the year celebrating the major holidays. The food is excellent and we get to invite guests at no cost.

PositiveWe really liked the Lorelton! They just didn't have the medical care Mom needed Mom was in Memory Care and the Lorelton did an outstanding job keeping everyone engaged and stimulated. ★★★★★
PositiveIt is going well so far. Sometimes it takes a long time for them to respond when mom hits her call button, and they don't notify me when she needs personal hygiene items. Otherwise going well. Food is good.
★★★★★
PositiveThe food is good almost feel like I'm eating at home. They have so many different sizes of units. Many of them have full kitchens and washer/dryers. Good medical staffing and attentive aids. They will be replacing all the 1930's style windows beginning in August.
★★★★★
PositiveMy mom was in memory care at the Lorelton, and I love that she was rarely in her room. She was almost always with the other residents, and it seemed like the activity director was constantly engaging them, either with group activities, or one on one. Also the facility décor was more homey than where she is now, with carpets and murals and a lovely common room that had a very large fireplace. Overall, the caregivers and even the housekeepers, food service and maintenance teams were friendly and compassionate.
