I would definitely recommend!

Luxe was fantastic! All the employees were kind, friendly, and understanding of why I would ask so many questions. As a retired RN ( worked for 42 years in many fields of medicine) and I really wanted to talk to various employees to get what the staff was like.....everyone was so nice and answered all my questions and concerns. My cousins apartment was beautiful with a kitchenette that had a clothes washer and dryer. Living room with a big screen tv on the wall(included at no cost), bedroom with a walk-in closet. …

I wouldn’t trust this community with a loved one. It looks nice, but the management and care are seriously lacking. Appearances can be deceiving.

All of them 4 I think the staff needs more training to deal with some of the residents behavior. Yes we would recommend this community to other families, but it is very expensive. I don't have much to compare them to, but I think our overall experience is a 5. The facility is very clean and everybody seems friendly- 5. I think the care schedule took a bit of time to set up. I would rate that one lower maybe a 3 to 4. The administrative staff is amazing- 5. The food is mediocre. I would say that's a3. the activities are OK maybe a 3-4 - They tend to get canceled regularly. The value for the money is a 5

Do not visit this community

Luxe is by far the worst Assisted Living community in Palm Beach County. Not only do they neglect their residents, but they treat their employees so poorly which is why there is no stability there. They are managed by a Skilled Nursing company that knows nothing about how to run an Assisted Living & Memory Care community. It is really sad. They try to cut their costs in every area possible, especially their dining, so the experience for the residents is below standards. The best nurses get let go to save money and …
