CriticalHow do they allow facilities, such as this, to fly under the radar and not be exposed?! How do you get away with serving that cold, tasteless foods to your patients?! Why don’t you have alarms turned on the beds for those who are a trip/fall hazard?! What is the problem with your telephones?! Try to ask for an “in charge” nurse and you get no one to assist, or they hang up on your call !! Do you understand Compassionate Care? Have you no shame?

CriticalThis place should not get any stars! My mom was transported there from Wellington Regional after a hip/femur surgery, she was transferred to get post op rehabilitation and physical therapy on a Friday afternoon and we got her out by Sunday morning! This place is not a rehab, it’s a nursing home where they let people die! The first thing they asked her was “Are you DNR?” Like wtf?!… she sat in a wheelchair for hours before anyone spoke to her. When visiting, the nurse station is unapproachable, no one is forthcoming…

CriticalIt is so obvious that these recent good reviews all done the same day were written by their staff. Don’t let how pretty this place looks fool you. My mom was there for 34 days and It was a nightmare. If your are going to have a family member be prepared to be there all day. They did everything from giving her the medicine at whatever time someone remembered, and attempting to give her someone else’s medicine. The call lights are ignored everyone walks past them and pretends they don’t see it. There is no consistenc…

CriticalMy wife was at The Luxe at Wellington Rehabilitation Center [dates removed]. The service here was unbelievably bad. They never got her medications straight , 1 day she would get her pain meds every 6 hours as the hospital prescribed, then the next day she was told only every 12 hours. 1 day she would get 2 medications for anxiety then only 1 medication the next day. When she left the hospital, they had her sitting up in a chair 1 or 2 times a day and walking with and without a walker to the restroom or as for as th…

CriticalFor anyone who is elderly or has a chronic health condition that requires medication, I would urge you to find another facility. While the building itself is nice, the weak point of this facility is the nursing. My mother spent four days at this facility in October 2022. During this time, her morning heart medications were not given to her on a regular basis. Her ‘morning’ meds would be given to her at 8 am one day, and the next day would not be given to her until 1:30 PM! This caused wild and dangerous swings In…

PositiveThis seems to be like the Ritz for assisted living. They have a beautiful community. There is a chef that caters to the residents. My loved one enjoys the food and they are normally picky about their food. I would recommend the community to anyone. They have some newer staff, and they also have tenured staff to help out as well.
