Community Amenities and Services Our compassionate, attentive staff strives to provide the finest personalized care services to help foster growth and support your independence. Caregivers are available around the clock to provide assistance with daily activities, incontinence care, medication management, plus other services. Nurses are available to oversee care plans and tend to general health care needs, and all staff members have received specialized memory care training. Our management team regularly coordinates visits with local physicians, dentists, and other health care specialists to meet residents’ more advanced needs. We keep a fun, exciting calendar of activities and events each month. We love finding ways to connect with our residents and often use their personal interests and unique history to help us plan. It’s our passion to help residents connect with one another, develop meaningful friendships, explore new interests, and create a life that’s truly fulfilling. Whatever your interests may be, there’s no shortage of fun at Lynridge Assisted Living! Living Arrangements Residents of Lynridge have a variety of living arrangements to choose from. Memory care residents can choose between private and semi-private studios. Each is cozy and minimalist, perfect for creating a soothing environment with limited distraction. Assisted living residents have studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments to choose from. Each floor plan is spacious, and large windows let in plenty of sunshine and offer views of the surrounding landscape. Some units even offer direct access to our beautiful courtyard. In the state of Texas, these terms are defined as follows: Assisted Living Facility A facility that provides personal care services and administration of medication to 4 or more residents. Assisted living facilities can accept residents with dementia and/or Alzheimer’s. There are 3 types of assisted living facilities: Type A: A facility that may provide room and board to residents who are physically and mentally capable of evacuating the facility unassisted. Type B: A facility that may provide room and board to residents who need assistance evacuating, are incapable of following directions under emergency conditions, require staff attendance during nighttime sleeping hours, and require assistance transferring to and from a wheelchair. Type C (Adult Foster Care): Four-bed facilities that meet the minimum standards and rules for enrollment in the Department of Aging and Disability Services’ Adult Foster Care home program. The facility provides supervision and personal care services to residents.
