CriticalBeware… this is not a five-star facility. It’s like a piece of candy with a pretty wrapper on the outside that is rotten on the inside. The management staff at this facility is toxic, and one is constantly reminded that it functions like a good ‘ol boys club under the GM’s tutelage. If you get on their bad side, they will literally come after you! PositiveA very nice, friendly community. My aunt is very social, and it is easy for her to find activities to get involved in, people to eat with, and friends to visit. The food is excellent (as good as a restaurant). The common areas are beautiful and nicely maintained. Her room is perfect for her.

At least 1 a week they have new rules about how to order meals, how to get meals, etc. The latest is that because they can’t keep staff in the restaurant they’ve had to have meals catered from the outs…
