The staff here is wonderful, however, there is quite a turnover in employees. This frequently causes being short staffed, especially in the dining room and in housekeeping. The facility is nice, but old and in need of repair in some areas. For example, there are several hallways with very large screens that are in serious need of repair. They are detached from the molding and allow insect to enter the hallways. These windows are up two stories high, and the administrator advised a hydraulic lift would be needed to…

Moving Mom in and dealing with everything from physically getting her there, to the financial part, to the paperwork part - they made it all super easy. And it was very much about what was best for Mom. I never felt any pressure or felt like it was a sales pitch of any sort. Recently I had the opportunity to meet the former director , and she said that what she always told her staff was they don't live where they work, but they work where the residents live. PositiveMom is at home and secure.
It's a beautiful facility. Mon loves her apartment, and she has her own things there, which is nice and makes it feel like home. The main thing is she feels very secure, which was huge for her. We don't interact with the staff every day, but the staff I've engaged with have always been kind and accommodating. Mom loves the food. They bring her lunch every day, and every day she tells me how good it is I think Magnolia Manor South is an excellent value.

PositiveFabulous Staff
I loved this community site on the scene. I knew as soon as I walked in the door this was the right place for my grandparents. The staff is wonderful so caring and kind. They really care about their residents to the point when my grandmother was in the hospital not only did the staff go up to see her but they took my grandfather up them to visit her which was up and beyond what they should do. They love the food and they attend their church services the community holds which is nice.
