★★★★★
PositiveI had a very great experience watching the caregivers and seeing how they care for the residence, I was analyzing and watching one of the workers she took my heart away by the way she took her time and helped and made sure the residence was safe like she was part of their family. I believe her name was [name removed]! I hope that if my mother stays there, I believe the employees would do the same because that is what looking for! When I’m not there someone like Family can be!
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff were wonderful to my mom, especially the hospice people. I just wish they'd have kept her room a little neater. Every time I came by she was asking me to pick up for her.
★★★★★
PositiveWe both enjoyed the tour. All my questions were answered. The workers were very friendly. The people living there also seemed very happy and enjoying themselves.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff is very friendly & helpful. If you need anything or have concerns they will take care of it.
★★★★★
PositiveVery nice home. Very friendly staff. Only question is night time staff. Have had trouble getting assistance for meds middle of the night but I really think it's because they have to get familiar with the residents. The food is great and I believe my mom is getting excellent assistance! We are very pleased with our experience at Magnolia' the staff are all very friendly and try to accommodate all of my mom's needs in getting adjusted. I highly recommend this assisted living home.
